Upon cancellation of a reservation, the Customer will be charged a certain percentage of the total price as listed below.
-Seven days before the intended check-in day: 100%
-The intended check-in day: 100%
-no-show: 100%
【Cancellation policy for mixed dormitory】
-Two days before the intended check-in day: 30%
-One day before the intended check-in day: 50%
-The intended check-in day: 100%
-no-show: 100%
