Tanabata Table Coordination & Cooking Party

Join us for a fun, interactive evening hosted by a table-setting enthusiast!
We’ll cook together and enjoy a delicious meal in a beautifully coordinated setting.
It’s a great chance to visit ORIORI even if you’re not staying overnight.
We kindly ask everyone to help with cleanup as well.

6:20 PM – Reception opens
6:30 PM – Introduction
7:00 PM – Start cooking
8:00 PM – Dinner & Conversation
9:00 PM – Clean up
9:15 PM – Kitty time 🐾
10:00 PM – Closing
10:00 PM – 12:00 AM – For overnight guests: free time for chat, shower, etc.
12:00 AM – Lights out

【How to Join (with overnight stay)】

Please book your stay through our reservation system and write in the notes that you wish to join the party.
Make sure to choose the Instant Booking option.

【How to Join (party only)】

If you’re not staying overnight, please send us the full names of all participants via LINE or email.
Also let us know how many cars you’ll be bringing (parking is limited).
We will confirm your participation afterward. First-come, first-served.
If you don’t hear back from us within 10 hours, please give us a call.
If you’ve already completed your accommodation booking and noted the party, your spot is confirmed automatically.

【Cancellation Policy for the party】

  • From 10:00 AM on July 6, a ¥1,000 fee per person will be charged.
  • For overnight guests: cancellation fee of accommodation + ¥1,000
  • We will inform you of the bank details; transfer fees are at your own cost.
  • If you find a replacement for yourself at the time of cancellation notice, the fee will be waived.

宿泊されない方は、LINE、もしくはメールなどで参加される方の全員のお名前をお知らせください。お車の台数もお願いします。（台数には限りがあります）
参加可否を後ほどご連絡し、それにて確定となります。先着順です。
宿泊の予約が完了した方でパーティ参加もご希望の方は、宿泊予約が完了した時点で参加確定です。
